Charles Winfield Dixon, 82, was born on April 10, 1932 and passed from this life to be with the Lord on December 13, 2014. Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Catherine Ann Dixon; two daughters, Charlene Liebrand and husband, Alan and Tarah Dixon; two stepsons, Kenneth and William Layton. Charles was predeceased by his son, Charles Dixon and a stepdaughter, Linda Dickens.
