Cindy was a beautiful, strong, and deeply loved woman whose greatest joy was her family. She loved nothing more than having the people she loved gathered together, laughing, eating, and making memories.
Cindy was a devoted wife to her husband, Gerald Johnson, and a loving mother to her sons, Landon Nowak, Chase Johnson, and daughter-in-law Kara Johnson. She absolutely adored her grandchildren, Luke Johnson and Adalee Johnson. Being a grandmother brought her so much joy, and she loved watching them grow, celebrating the things they loved, and simply spending time with them.
She is also lovingly remembered by her mother, Mary Love; her brother, Jerry Callis; and her mother-in-law, Sharon Bray, along with many other family members and friends whose lives were made better by knowing her.
Cindy had a gift for making a house feel like home. She loved hosting gatherings and parties, especially her Grandchildren’s birthday parties, and Halloween parties. Nothing made her happier than seeing her family together having a good time. Her home was a place filled with laughter, conversation, good food, and memories that her family will carry with them forever.
She loved to cook and was always willing to try a new meal or recipe for the family. She was also an incredible baker, and the things she made were always created with love. Cindy enjoyed taking day trips to try a new restaurant, finding new experiences, and making an ordinary day feel special.
She was a true go-getter. When Cindy became interested in something, she put her whole heart into it. She was creative, determined, caring, and never afraid to try something new. She had a strength that was impossible not to admire. Through all that life brought her, she continued to show incredible courage and resilience.
Above all else, Cindy loved her family fiercely. She was the kind of person who would do anything for the people she loved, and her presence could be felt in so many parts of their lives.
Her family will remember her cooking and baking, the gatherings she brought everyone together for, the adventures and meals shared, her strength, her advice, her laughter, and the countless moments that seemed ordinary at the time but now mean everything.
Cindy leaves behind a lifetime of love and memories that will continue to live on through her family. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
