Damaso Serrano

Damaso R. Serrano, Sr., 83, passed away on September 22, 2018. He was born in San Germán, Puerto Rico to his late parents, Victor and Maria Serrano. He was a retired mattress factory supervisor in Norfolk and a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. Mr. Serrano is predeceased by his wife Idia. He is survived by his children, Lillian S. Quiroz and husband, Ron; Nereida Centeno and husband, Ramon; Damaso Serrano, Jr. and wife, Florence; Monica Paulsen and husband, Matt; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Luisa, wife of the late Pedro Pagan. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church. You may offer condolences to the family at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
