Deborah Parker McGowan

Deborah Parker McGowan, went to be with her Lord on July 26, 2020. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. Deborah loved spending time with her family. She also loved to shop, craft and have long chats with her sister and friends. Deborah was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian, of 35 years; her parents Forest Parker and Helen Berry; and her brothers Davis, Jimmy & Jerry Parker. She is survived by her daughter Jamie Uhlar and her husband Sean; son Brian Clevinger and his wife Jennifer; grandsons, Austin, Lincoln, Carlton and Noah; sister and brother in law, Gay & Don Allen; as well as cousins, nieces and nephews. Deborah was a light that was taken far too soon and will be missed by many. Services will be held at 2:00 pm, August 18, 2020, at Carrow Baptist Church, 5545 Susquehanna Dr., Virginia Beach, VA 23462. A small reception will follow at the church.
