Donna was born in Norfolk, VA and attended East Coast Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, George R. O’Neal.
Survivors include her mother, Josephine H. O’Neal, a daughter, Amanda G. Tilley and husband, Donnie; a brother, George W. O’Neal and his daughter, Melissa and a sister, Mona L. Harrell and husband, Jerry; four grandchildren, Haley, Kiersten, Rachel and Harvey and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 15, 2012 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home where a celebration of Donna’s life will be held on Monday, July 16, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.
Memorial donations may be made to the Khedive Shrine Transportation Fund or The Shriner Children's Hospital.
