She was born on April 25, 1931 in Hastings, Michigan to the late Myron and Louise Reynolds.
Dorothy retired from Sears Pembroke Mall. She loved to bowl, was secretary of several leagues and was once named Secretary of the Year by The Norfolk Bowling Association. She also loved to spend time with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-five years Francis “Fran” Bowles; daughters Sharon Scott, (Michael) and Debra Anderson, (James); grandson Timothy Anderson and brother Myron Reynolds, (Gloria).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 11:00 a.m. at Green Run Baptist Church. Burial will be private.
