Eugene “Butch” Bennett Litchfield, Jr., 59, passed away in Virginia Beach on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Butch was born in Silver Spring, MD to Eugene and Patricia Litchfield. He was predeceased by his brothers, Michael and Robert Litchfield. Butch can be best described as a family man, he lived his life for them. For a career he worked as a Planner with Perdue Oil and Grain in Chesapeake. He previously had worked for many years with Gwaltney. Butch is cherished in memory by his wife, Linda Litchfield; father, Eugene, Sr. and his wife, Peggy; mother, Patricia Sawyer; daughters, Heather Forrest and her husband, Douglas, Danielle Foxwell and her husband, Kyle and Noelle Litchfield and her partner, Phoebe Prabowo; sisters, Teresa Watkinson and her husband, Wellingotn “Nibbs” and Deborah Palermo Curling and four grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 12pm, Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
