

Felisa Ungcad Hong, 88, of Virginia Beach, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2015. Felisa was born in Hinunangan, Leyte, Philippines and came to the United States in 1986, eventually becoming a naturalized citizen.
Private visitation, for immediate family only, will be held at 4:00 PM on August 27, 2015 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home in Virginia Beach. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 AM on August 28, 2015 at Rosewood Memorial Park. Pastor Keith Davey of Colonial Baptist Church will officiate.
Felisa was a faithful long-time member of Colonial Baptist Church. She loved to care for her grandchildren. She was an avid, expert gardener.
Felisa was the daughter of Pedro and Gregoria Ungcad both of Hinunangan. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Dook Te Hong, her brother Aquilino Ungcad and two children, Nancy Rodelas and Exequiel Hong. She is survived by her children Perla H. (Joe) Saul, Gregorio (Dina) Hong, Jaime (Segunda) Ungcad and Orlando Ungcad; and her sister Maria De Jesus. Felisa is survived by grandchildren Frank Savage and Cheryl Carmona and special niece Vangie Morrison in this country as well sixteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Colonial Baptist Church, 2221 Centerville Turnpike, Virginia Beach, VA 23464.
