Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her husband Emeral K. Cook.
Survivors include a son Kenneth Cook and wife Diane, daughter Joann Ellis and husband Carl; six grandchildren Jason Smith, Nicole Townley, Kayla Ellis, Kenneth, Keith and Kristin Cook; six great grandchildren Ryan, Nicholas, Mason, Rachel, Kameron and Lucas; a sister Mary Boocks and two brothers Cliff Boocks and wife Marlene and Joe Boocks.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 13, 1;00 p.m. at Rosewood Memorial Park.
