Born on July 21, 1933, Mrs. Hall was born in Norfolk, and was a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her parents Herman and Rose Hume Wagner and her late husband William Russell Hall, Jr.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, William “Rusty” R. Hall III (Rita), Richard “Rick” L. Hall (Roxanne), Valerie “Val” Hall Caudle (Charlie) and Bruce E. Hall (Kay); 12 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
