Frances I. Milinazzo, 81, passed away in Norfolk on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. Frances was born in Bristol, VA to the late Eldridge and Minnie Owens Booher, she was also predeceased by her 5 siblings.
A loving mother and grandmother, she was a very selfless woman who prioritized her life taking care of her family. She will be missed and cherished by all.
Survivors include her children, Pamela Lane of Norfolk, Brian Malcolm and wife Debbie of South Mills, NC, Diana Vartanyan and husband Berc of Virginia Beach, Patrick Milinazzo of Chesapeake and David Milinazzo and wife Teresa of Clarklake, MI as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A visitation will be conducted from 3-5pm, Sunday, June 29th at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 2pm at Rosewood Kellum on Monday with a reception to follow after the service. Burial will be at Rosewood Memorial Park.
