Gary W. “Gabby” Westman, 60, passed away on July 22, 2013, after a prolonged illness. He was born in Norfolk Virginia. He graduated from Maury High. He retired from the City of Norfolk. He was preceded in death by his parents, Page Westman and Pearl Westman; sister Gloria Butler; brother Larry Westman; sister Glenda “Sue” Pancho; sister in law Ozella Westman and sister in law Faye Westman. Left to cherish his memory are: sister in law Doris Westman (Larry); brother Jerry Westman (Ozella); brother Charles Westman (Faye); brother in law Antonio Pancho (“Sue”) and brother Glen Westman and wife Becki. Gary also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews that loved him deeply. Family will be receiving friends for visitation at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 1pm.
