Herman “Mark” Marshall McCoy, Jr., passed away suddenly on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. Mark was predeceased by his parents, Herman and Elva McCoy and his brothers, Joseph and Timothy McCoy. He was a Master Plumber by trade working with Virginia International Terminals. He is best known for his hard work ethic and being an outstanding father, grandfather and most of all friend to the many who loved him. He is survived by his daughters, Stephanie M. Cloutier and her fiancé Joel and Tracie R. McCoy and her fiancé Mike; best friend and companion, Kathy McCoy Wheat; brother, Shane M. McCoy; four grandchildren, Peyton, Preston, Chase and Sadie and a host of other family members and friends.
