Imogene C. Garrett, 92, died on July 7, 2014. She was born in Plymouth, NC to the late Robert and Alice Cowan. Mrs. Garrett retired from Bell Atlantic Telephone Company. She is predeceased by her husband, Richard and brother, Harold Cowan of Clinton, MD.
Survivors include her sisters, Mary Cuthrell of Swan Quarter, NC and Lena Toder of White Plains, MD; brother, Robert Cowan and wife, Linda, of Venice, FL; and several nieces and nephews, and a special friend, Shirley Thornes of Onacock, VA.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Kellum Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to charity of your choice.
