IRENE S. BAILEY, 90, of Virginia Beach, VA passed away on January 9, 2014. She is survived by her daughters Elaine Suzi Bedford, of Virginia Beach; Kathy Bex (Chris),Jamesville NY; Barbara Miller (Don),of Cortland NY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Services will be private in New York. In lieu of flowers please do something nice for someone else.
