Our mother is survived by daughters, Victoria L. Frazier, Tamra J. Brunson and her grandchildren, Jeremy Frazier, James Frazier, Joshua Brunson, Matthew Attanucci and great granddaughter Lily Grace Brunson. Joan is also survived by her loving sisters, Earlene White and Hilda Alexander.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
