Born January 2nd, 1953 to the late Elish and Helen White in Dolyestown, Ohio; Joanne was loving, sweet, and dear lady that could light up any room. Joanne was a longtime employee with Big Lots in Arrowhead Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. She will always be remembered as loving wife, sister, aunt, sister-in-law and friend. She will be deeply missed.
