Josephine Ann DeMasi, 85, passed away on January 5, 2016. She was born on April 5, 1930 to the late Michael and Catherine Mastroianni in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Her husband Dominick J. DeMasi, son Michael and great grandson Dylan Hanlin preceded her in death.
Josephine was a graduate of St. Ann’s Academy in Wilkes-Barre in 1948.
She is survived by her son and daughter in law Mr. and Mrs. Frank and Beth DeMasi of Virginia Beach, VA; daughters Mr. and Mrs. Lee and Kathy Winder of Chesapeake, VA; and Mr. and Mrs. John and MaryAnn Olenick of Swoyersville, PA; seven grandchildren Christopher and Steven DeMasi, Dena Panecaldo, Leslie Hadvance, Lisa Hanlin, and Michael and James Olenick; and 5 great grandchildren Kaylee and Mason Hadvance, Brayden DeMasi, and Alex and Mateo Panecaldo.
