Virginia Beach - Joyce Ann Batchelor, 79, passed away on May 21, 2017. She is predeceased by her husband, Willie. She will be dearly missed by her sons, Donald K. Shaw, Randolph D. Batchelor and Brian C. Batchelor; granddaughter, Crystal Hurlbut and husband Jodie; 2 great-grandchildren, Kristen and Tyler; and 2 great-great-grandchildren, Bentley and Willow.
