Mrs. Blackmer was born in Holland, VA and was preceded in death by her parents Wilford and Mary Spence, a sister Mildred and 2 brothers Bobby and Mutt. She was a beautiful soul and will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
Survivors include 2 children Jason Blackmer and wife Rebecca, Ashley Blackmer; a grandson Jacob; 3 sisters Faye Brown, Louise Wilcox and husband Jimmy, Linda Jefferson and husband Haywood; a brother Johnny Spence and wife Carolyn; and a niece Linda Conover.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2018, 1:00p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home.
