Laura Jo Moyer, 68, passed away in Virginia Beach on Friday, January 11, 2019. Laura was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Victor and Ruby Moyer. She was a devout Christian and her parents helped as one of the founders of Victory Baptist Church in Virginia Beach. Laura was a loving soul and was very outgoing. She will be missed dearly.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11am, Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. The funeral service will be officiated by Rev. Leslie Smith.
