Libby is predeceased by her parents, Elward and Essie Dawson; and her brothers, Lamuel, George T. and James A. Dawson. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 52 years, Edward; her children, Linda Manning and Edward “Elliotte” Manning, Jr. and his partner, James M. Poole; her grandchildren, Craig Lee Van Kleeck and his wife Marie, Sean Van Kleeck and Jennifer Mathis and her husband, Tommy; and a great-grandson, Peyton Van Kleeck. She is also survived by her sisters, Faye Garris, Cora Lee Turner and Mary Lou Thigpen; and brothers, Bobby E. and Ray F. Dawson.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. The Celebration of Libby’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.
