After being a nurse for the Red Cross, she became the owner of Bayside Village Day School. There, she loved and nurtured children from the community for 50 years becoming everyone’s Grandma.
She is survived by her sisters, Wilma M. Crowley and Grace E. Terrell; her children, Melody (James) Witt and Robin (Shelia) Willison; son in law, Quintin Campbell; her grandchildren Rebecca (Josh) Clark, Jennifer Witt, Jacob (Gina) Witt, Samantha Willison and Vanessa Powers; her great grandchildren Hunter Clark, Trew Witt, Makayla Clark, Morgan Witt, Antonio Witt, Samara Livingston, Gabriella Witt, Liliana Witt and Patience Bagwell; her faithful companion Maggie Mae and a host of friends and families in the community.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, Cloyd D. Willison; her parents, John E. and Mildred B. Drumm; sister, Mabel M. McGill and daughter in law, Terry D. Willison.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 4th, 10:00 am at Rosewood Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 6th, 2:00 – 5:00 pm at Bayside Village Day School.
