Virginia Beach – Malissa “Ann” Seredynski, 92, a longtime resident of Virginia Beach, died on February 19, 2011, after living her life to the fullest. She was born on February 15, 1919 and the only daughter to Pearl and Paul Tarpley in Danville, VA.
She was preceded in death by Ltjg. John Seredynski, her husband of 50 years.
She leaves one daughter, Kimberly Rodgers, son-in-law, Greg Rodgers, granddaughter, Courtney Nicole Rodgers and her brother, Gabriel Tarpley and wife Emily, and their children.
Friends are encouraged to attend A Celebration of Ann’s Life on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 1:30 PM at Francis Asbury United Methodist Church, 1871 North Great Neck Road Virginia Beach, VA 23454-1110 - (757) 481-5016. Family and friends are invited to gather at her residence following the service.
Because Ann gave her time and love to her church, her family requests that, in lieu of flowers, love offerings in her honor can be made to Francis Asbury United Methodist Church
