To Maryann,
I remember all the wonderful Christmas dinners we had at her house with all the different elegant dishes and especially the dessert table. I had a great time with all the family members, and she made everyone feel special. She never forgot to send out cards for special holidays during the years like Father Days, and Birthday, etc.  I would always look in the mail during special holidays and there was always a card from her.  She always included me in her family Christmas gift bags. I always enjoyed being in all the family pictures with her.

Granny has always been part of my life. I can still remember the days playing at her house (before all the developments) with big wheels, the swing set, snap beans, even the horse fence for the neighboring property that as a young boy I had to touch to feel the shock. Later in life, I stopped by my mom’s house when Granny was there. Mom had asked if I had eaten. As I replied, Granny said “go ahead and fix him something you know he’ll eat it” followed by “Jeremy you're getting fat”. Living in PA years later Granny had come to visit and at one point said “Jeremy, your too skinny”. I said “Granny, you like messing with me. A couple of years ago you said I was too fat and now you’re saying I’m too skinny”. Granny got a smirk, a look that I always remember when I think of Granny. Granny was not mean, just the contrary. She often stated what was on her mind and you would always get an honest answer. Granny did not talk of the past that often, but at the funeral I got to hear many stories confirming what I’ve always known, that Granny was a very outgoing independent and caring woman. I feel blessed by the way she raised my mom because it has helped to shape me into the person I am today. Granny will always live in my heart, and I still smile when I think about her. Granny will be greatly missed.

To the woman who loved me from the first time we met.  The woman who accepted me into her family. The women who gave her loving and caring heart to everyone and didn't forget anyone. To this woman who loved to give me a hard time with a soft voice and waits for me to say something back. The woman who sends out cards to everyone, every year and for every occasion. The woman who looked forward to all the holiday's and hosted an annual Christmas luncheon the same time of the year and looked forward to buying everyone a Christmas bag full of lots of special gifts. To the woman who loved her family unconditionally. To this woman who everyone is going to miss and cherish all her memories. 
This woman I'm honored to call, "Maryann" and "Granny" but most important my "Mother-In-Law".

What can a son say about a mom who was a true gift to our family and friends. The lives you touched were many and the life lessons you gave us through out your life will never be forgotten. I will miss you greatly.  I love you Mom.

We are heartbroken to hear about your mom’s passing. I know we never got the chance to meet her, but from the way you spoke about her, she sounded like an incredible woman. We’re here for anything you need—whether that’s talking, distracting you, or just being around.

Mom, I don't think you understood the number of lives that you touched. All of your life, you cared for and helped others, unconditionally. It has been an honor for me to have been able to take care of you as you needed someone in your last years. I know this was hard for you because you would never ask for help.  You gave us life lessons, in a way that only you could. You have given me treasured memories that I can share with family and friends. We have traditions to pass down to our children, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and many others. I miss you every day, Mom(Granny).

Granny was a remarkable woman!  She spent most of her life helping others and giving of herself.  I remember her making matching pajamas for all of her grandchildren one Christmas.  Another year she made them bath robes.   At some point in their childhood, each grandchild had their own blanket and pillow case,  hand embroidered, with Love from Granny.   She enjoyed her needlework, puzzles and word searches.

So very sorry to hear of Maryanne's passing. She was a woman of great character and love for other's. She was a blessing to Buddy, Granny  and to us during their difficult last years. She was always there to lend a helping hand and truly cared for them. Always looked forward to getting her sweet cards throughout the year. Never missed one even until the end. Maryanne will be truly missed but we are forever grateful for her love and faithfulness to our family.

SO sorry guys .We will all miss Mary Ann .She was so good to all of US .      She was real good/helpfull  to MOM & Daddy.& Patsy & Joe & Jacquie and me we really enjoyed staying with her. We all have  great times together . Our Prayers are with all of YOU.                                   WE LOVE YOU GUYS        JIMMY & JACQUIE
