Mrs. Williams was born on June 7, 1922 in Butler, PA to her parents, David Donovan and Mabel Pearl Donovan. She married Brinnie R. “Bill” Williams in 1943. She was a loving housewife and mother of four children.
Mary is survived by her daughter and son- in-law, June and Richard Horn, her daughter, Patricia Taylor; her son, Wiley Williams; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill; her daughter, Linda Woolard; and great grandchild, Sarah Zalusky.
Mrs. Williams was a devoted member of Kempsville Church of Christ for over 50 years. In addition, Mary supported her country during WWII by serving as a welder in a local shipyard and was also a school bus driver in Virginia Beach.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 am, Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Rosewood Memorial Park, Chapel of Serenity Mausoleum.
