We met over 30 yrs ago through a mutual friend...from the time I met her I knew we were going to be friends...although we lost contact with one another over time Maureen managed to find me on Facebook under my maiden name Montalto.....we instantly reconnected and it was like we never lost any time...I will forever be grateful for our reconnection and renewed friendship...and I will never forget her infectious laugh...RIP Maureen may all the beautiful sunsets 🌅 be with you❤️😘

Many of my best and most fun times were spent with Mo. What a treasure she was and how we would laugh. Her ability to cheer me up and make me feel better with any problem was her gift. She was smart, lovable and truly a joy. She was a terrific co worker and a true friend.

One of my best times with her was our vacation to Florida. We golfed, took a tour of the everglades and stopped at every outlet mall between Virginia Beach and Miami!

Mo/Rose, we are the Golden Girls forever. I will always hold my memories close of us at the beach, girl's weekends, wine and talking smack at the pool table. Playing air guitar and singing until 2am. You are free. Spread your wings and fly. I will always love you and I will always miss you./Dorothy.

I'm so sorry to hear of Mo's passing. She was the first friendly voice I heard at Chubb - I always admired her candor and ability to juggle so much work in front of her. She was a staple of the Chesapeake office. My prayers go out to her family, but I'm overjoyed to know that she's seeing unlimited sunsets and without pain.

With sympathy,
Pamela Genske

Mo/Rose .I am at a loss for words (that just made you laugh). I will cherish our memories of the Boardwalk Art Show, Hatteras, Puchinellos, love of wine and most of all our friendship, You are free of pain now and reunited with so many of your loved ones. Go find my mom and she will make you meatballs. Love you forever.... Sophia
