Noresa DeLaura Siler, Our Mama, was born on May 27, 1953 and she was sent to heaven on September 28, 2010, where she can feel no more pain. She resided in Griffin, GA right off 13th and West Board “4-way shorty” as it was also known by. Noresa was born and raised in Virginia Beach. She loved the sun, and was a peace, love, and happiness laid back hippie chick kind of woman. Noresa loved people and people loved her. The guitar she could play and her voice made all her friends for smile and sway. She will be forever missed by all who knew her; things will never be the same.
She left behind her daughter, Elesa Jones; two sons, Joseph Spence and Benjamin Spence; five grandchildren, Stephen Jones, Joshua Jones, Alexis Jones, Haylah Spence, and Krystal Spence; great-grandson, Hayden Jones; and a grandson on the way.
A graveside service was be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Rosewood Memorial Park.
