Owen L. Ottinger, was taken from us and will never be forgotten. He leaves behind his mother, Debra; his daughter, Rayneria; brothers, Joseph and Christopher; sister, Felica; aunts, Betty, Peggy, Sue and Judy; nieces, Nichole and Brittany; best friend, Michael and many more loved ones. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at 2:30 PM in Rosewood Memorial Park, 601 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.
