Ramon is predeceased by his wife, Esther (Diaz) Santiago; daughter, Carmen Santiago and parents, Hermenigildo Ramos and Andrea Leon. Left to cherish his memory are his son, Raymond Santiago; daughters, Debbie Catalano, Kimberly Ferguson and Nancy Defnet; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Ramon was born in Puerto Rico. He was a devoted husband, father and friend. Ramon was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge 1198 and held the prestigious title of a Legionnaire. He dedicated his time and contributed donations to the charites Moose Haven and Moose Heart. Ramon was known for his unique upbeat personality and keen sense of humor. Ramon will be missed by all whose lives he touched.
