Virginia Beach - Richard L. Colvin, 85, passed away on January 30, 2015. He was born on March 10, 1929 to the late Benjamin and Anna V. Colvin in Clifton Forge, Virginia. Mr. Colvin served in the US Army and was a past member of the Moose Lodge and The American Legion.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years Margaret M. Colvin; daughter Linda Patterson; granddaughter Amber Patterson and half-sister Betty Kennedy.
