Robert Joseph Durbin, 66, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 1, 2018.
He was born July 27, 1952 in Jackson County, Missouri to the late Robert Willis Durbin (USN BM, Ret.) and Juanita Plummer Durbin. Bobby was a graduate of Bayside High School Class of 1970. He was an electrician for Public Works at Little Creek Amphibious Base from 1972 – 1979, and retired after 26 years as a Master Electrician from the City of Virginia Beach-Public Utilities Sewer Pump Shop in 2007.

He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and The Moose Lodge. Bobby was an avid golfer, and enjoyed spending time in Florida with his childhood friend Jeff, golfing and enjoying the warm weather.
