Robert John Kyzer

Robert John Kyzer passed on July 13, 2026, at the age of 68. Born on November 6, 1957, in Long Island, NY and resided in Virginia Beach, Virginia most of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents George Kyzer and Emily Kyzer Huntington.

Robert was a carpenter by trade. He loved music, playing guitar, wood working, cooking and gardening and was a dog lover.

Survivors include two sisters Susan Myers and husband Robert, Barbara Janes and husband Michael; 3 nieces, 3 nephews and 7 grand nieces and nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, Thursday, July 23, from 1:00 to 1:30pm. A service will begin at 1:30pm followed by a graveside service at Rosewood Memorial Park will be private.
