Bob was a veteran of the US Navy as an Electronics Technician First Class and a Navy Seabee. He was a devoted husband and family man. In his spare time, Bob loved to operate HAM radio under his call sign WB4RFF (Whiskey, Bravo, Four, Radio, Foxtrot, Foxtrot.) Additionally, he was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Disabled American Veterans Administration.
He is survived by his wife Carmen Trillo Stachurski; son, Robert Stachurski and his wife Tamara Martinez Stachurski; daughters, Patricia Connally and her husband Sean Connally and Barbara Preston; siblings, Paul Stachurski and Elaine Lata; grandchildren, Nicolas, Zachery, Noelani, Ryan, Alex, Joy, Joshua and Noah.
A visitation will be from 11am to 1pm on Saturday at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home. A funeral mass will begin at 1pm with burial immediately following at Rosewood Memorial Park. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.kellumfuneralhome.com.
