Ruthie Mae Hill, 88, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home August 27, 2010 surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Hill was born September 4, 1921 to the late Bertum and Stella Barnett in North Carolina. She was a dedicated mother who loved to dance and spend time with her family and friends. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Left to cherish her memory is: four sons: Dick and James Williams, and Donald and Ronald Hill; two daughters: Elizabeth Gordon and Faye Valentino; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, and family members.
