Teresa Mary Spruill, passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 91. She was born on January 29, 1934, to the late Thomas and Demetria Mancini in New York City. Teresa is preceded in death by her husband, Marvin L. Spruill; daughter, Diane Olsen; and granddaughters, Holly Olsen and Karliea Olsen.
Teresa earned her BS degree from Central Connecticut University formally Teacher College of Connecticut. She was a teacher and worked for Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Teresa was also a member of Suburban Christian Church where she served in Senior Ministry.
She is survived by her daughter, Laura Castellucci; stepdaughters, Carol Ouzts and her husband Larry; Cindy Hitchings; surrogate daughter, Terry L. Garner; 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
