Vimol “Ann” Foy, 64, passed away peacefully in her home in Virginia Beach. Ann was born in Thailand and long term resident in Virginia Beach. She spent majority of her life taking care of her late husband, Edward and her three girls. She is survived by her daughters, Irene and Amy Foy both of Chesapeake and Nancy Martindell and her husband, George of PA; nieces, Michele Heffington and Cassie Bandalos; nephew, Blake Heffington; grandson, Jacob Martindell and an expected granddaughter.
A visitation will be from 6-8pm, Saturday at Kellum Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at 2pm, Sunday inside the Kellum Funeral Home Chapel.
