Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 59 years, Margaret; daughter Rendia Odell & husband Mark; sons Walter Nosay & wife Kathy; Michael Nosay & wife Kim; 5 grandchildren, Trey and Brandon Nipper ; Justin, Andrew & Katie Nosay.
Walter was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA and retired from the Norfolk Ford Assembly with 44 years of service.
Walter was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be truly missed by his friends and family.
