Yvonne Jeanne Rice

Virginia Beach- Yvonne Jeanne Rice, 83, passed away peacefully February 4, 2012 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Rice was born August 30, 1928 to the late Lewis and Onnallee Wheeler in _Medina, New York. She loved cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She will be deeply missed. Left to cherish her memory is: two sons: Bill Clayton and Mike Clayton and wife Sharon; two daughters: Dawn Rice and Robyn Howell; eight grandchildren: Elizabeth, David, and Leah Clayton, Candice Kiser, Katie Mackay, Kelley Tate, Kendra and Kayla Howell; and nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. Rice is preceded in death by her husband, James Quinten Rice, one sister and one brother. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
