Carol Elaine Wilson

Born in Providence, Carol was the daughter of the late Clifton and Greta (Parker) Solstrom.

Carol was employed as a Sales Associate for many years prior to her retirement. She was a gentle soul, who loved birds, animals, gardening, exploring with her family, especially Beavertail State Park in Jamestown.

She is survived by her daughter, Dawn M. Wilson, her son, Derek A. Wilson, , her sister, Margaret Scialdone, her grandchildren, Derek and Liem Wilson, and her niece, Lori Solstrom. She was predeceased by her son in law, James Hawkins, and her sister, Nancy Solstrom.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 9th, from 9 – 11 am in the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick. Burial to follow in the Rhode Island veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
