Born in Providence, and a long time resident of Cranston, she was the daughter of the late William G. and Kathleen B. (McDonough) McLaughlin.
Donna was the beloved sister of Steven W. McLaughlin (wife Lorie), and was predeceased by her sister Debra A. Baker (and husband Rick). She was the cherished aunt of Sean McLaughlin, Carleen Gilbert, Kyle McLaughlin, Christopher Baker, and Ashley Plummer. She also leaves many loving cousins and many, many dear friends.
Throughout her life, Donna faced every challenge with remarkable strength and quiet resilience—qualities that shaped her character and inspired all who knew her. She had a unique ability to comfort others in their time of need despite her own circumstances.
She worked for many years in medical offices for Dr. Steve Tager, Podiatrist; Dr. Bruce Werber, Podiatrist; and Urologic Surgeons of New England until her retirement. She loved her dog Lucy and was a devoted fan of David Cassidy.
