Edie and I met in 1972 when we were both going thru marital difficulties, both husbands names "Larry".  Our sons were 3 years old.  Patrick and John. We became besties quickly; later we declared each other sisters of the heart.   And we had so many, many fun times together, far too many to mention.  I followed her to Rhode Island after she moved there and I loved it there.  Ryan was with us then; she was but a baby.  I miss you Edie so very, very much.  I have gone to my phone so many times wanting to tell you something and then it grips me, you are not going to answer.  You were the best sister and friend to me.  Love you always and forever.

A lifetime of memories…. I can’t just choose one. You have seen me through my childhood into my adulthood… You was family and will be missed dearly by so many…

Many years ago when I got out of basic training in the Air Force my father introduced me to Edie Henry.  As you can see from the photo of us she was just so beautiful. She was such a great person to be around and so much fun to be with. I was stationed in another state so our friendship drifted apart.  Never the less we did have some time together and with her wisdom and lovely gracious spirt she help to mold me into the man I am today. I cried when I heard of her passing.
