Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Ernest T. and Beatrice (Pendilbury) Jubainville.
John was the beloved father of Michele Jubainville-Connell and her husband, Michael, and of Jocelyn Jubainville. He was the loving grandfather of Adriana Dennis, Andrew Connell, James Hartmann, Caroline Connell, Kaylee Robinson, and Isabella Robinson, and the cherished great grandfather of Rielyn Ronca. He is also survived by his siblings, Theodore Jubinville, Joyce Jubainville, Lois Jubainville, and Janet Bowers.
John found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved the beach, clamming and quahogging, taking long walks, and spending time in his garden. A true seafood enthusiast, he never passed up the chance to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and special occasions with a seafood platter. Above all, John loved his family deeply. He took immense pride in helping raise his two youngest granddaughters, Kaylee and Isabella, who were more like daughters to him than grandchildren.
John was a loyal and dedicated foreman for E. Rosen Manufacturing, where he worked faithfully for many years until his retirement.
He will be remembered for his quiet strength, his devotion to his family, and the warmth he brought to every day.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2026 from 10:00-12:00 p.m. with his funeral service to follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Road, Warwick.
