Russell Robert Vinacco

He was the beloved husband of Nancy (Hargreaves) Vinacco, with whom he shared 58 years of marriage, devotion, and cherished memories.

Born in Providence, Russell was the son of the late Dorothy Sousa.

A hardworking and dedicated man, he proudly served as a diesel mechanic for the Providence Fire Department for many years. He was known for his strong work ethic, dependable nature, and willingness to help anyone in need.

Above all else, Russell was a devoted family man. He was the loving father of Inger Sarver and her husband, Ken, and Jennifer Vinacco. He was the proud and adoring grandfather of Destie Vinacco, who was truly the light of his life and brought him immeasurable joy. Russell is also survived by several brothers and sisters, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

Russell will be remembered for his steadfast love for his family, his quiet strength, and the kindness he extended to those around him.

His presence, wisdom, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In accordance with his wishes, funeral services and burial will be private.
