

Barbara is survived by her three daughters, Laura Rueckert (Michael), Jennifer Brady (James), and Amy Bubenicek (William); and her cherished grandchildren, Emily, Bridget, William, Christine, Michael, and Brendan. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Anthony, Madeline, Christopher and Liam, as well as Sister-in-Law Rosemary, a niece, Kathe, and nephews, Sean and Michael.
Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 63 Years, Richard W. Cutter. Together, they traveled the world, creating memories that would last a lifetime. She was deeply involved in her community, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in Newburgh and Florida. She was a founding member of the Humane Society of Blooming Grove and a longtime member of the Blooming Grove Ambulance Corps. Barbara was the Owner and CEO of Sunshine Services, a nursing registry in Monroe, NY.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Barbara lived her life with kindness and generosity.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at St. Mary’s Church, 42 Goshen Avenue, Washingtonville, NY. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Washingtonville.
