Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Maynard Guy; son, Michael Guy; son-in-law Rich DeBoer and daughter-in-law, Deb Guy.
She will be lovingly missed by daughters, Shelley Guy, Carolyn DeBoer, Sally Guy and Beth Zandstra, Bonnie Saunders; sons Duke Guy, Max (Hang) Guy; 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family wishes to express special thanks to all the nurses and staff of Addington Place and Interim Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home, 4330 18th St., Dorr, MI. Relatives and friends may meet Carol’s family 5-8 PM, Friday, May 10, 2019 at the funeral home as well as one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Carol to Hopkins Athletic Boosters and/or Wayland VFW Post #7581.
