Caroline J. Emmons

Caroline J. Emmons, age 83, went to be with her Lord April 19, 2017. She was born May 17, 1933 in Martin Township the daughter of Harold and Carra (Kriegh) Gruber. Caroline is survived by her children Ward (Arla) Emmons Jr., Karen (Earl) Gates, Kevin (Brenda) Emmons, Monica (Barry) Kleeves, Valerie Emmons and Brian (Anne) Emmons; 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great granddaughter; her siblings Russell (Rahyma) Gruber, Richard Gruber, Edgar (Hope) Gruber, Paul (Leilanii) Gruber, Grace (Barry) Cushman and Glenda Emmons along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband Ward, infant son Kelvin and her parents. Funeral services for Caroline will be 11am Saturday, April 22, 2017 at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home – 4330 18th St., Dorr, Michigan with Reverend Richard Christy officiating. Interment will take place in East Martin Cemetery at a later date. Caroline’s family will meet with friends and relatives from 10am until the time of services at the funeral home Saturday.
