Daniel J. Chrisman, age 47 of Bradley, Michigan, passed away Friday, February 13, 2026. Daniel was born March 12, 1978 in Plainwell, Michigan to Susan and Terry Chrisman Sr. He made his home in Bradley, where he was known for his steady presence, unique interests, and deep connections with those close to him.
He worked in the security field, where he was dependable and dedicated in his role. Outside of work, Daniel enjoyed searching and learning about rocks, spending time watching Detroit Lions football – a pastime he followed with loyalty and enthusiasm. He also enjoyed classic cars and spending time with his beloved dog, Milo. He loved his family! He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews!
Daniel is survived by his parents Susan M. Chrisman and Terry L. Chrisman Sr.; siblings Jason (Nichole), Terry Jr. (Theresa), and Sarah McConnell; goddaughter, Devin Bartell; and many nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him. He was like a “big teddy bear” with a smile you wouldn’t forget.
A service celebrating the life of Daniel will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Calvary Church of Wayland, 304 S. Main St., Wayland, MI 49348, with visitation from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the service. In memory of Daniel and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Calvary Church of Wayland or Wayland Area EMS.
