Daniel Ray Postma

Daniel Ray Postma, age 72 of Wayland, passed peacefully into the arms of his heavenly father Wednesday, December 24, 2025, with his devoted wife by his side. He was born December 27, 1952 to Almer and Jean Postma in Sault St. Marie, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Marlene, Mary, and Alvin. Dan will always be cherished and lovingly missed by his wife of 11 years, Theresa; He will also be lovingly missed by his children Heather and Ben Coffman, Heath and Rachel Postma, Jordan and Erin Postma, and Jonathan and Kylie Postma; Theresa's son, Jacob Schultz; 18 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers Jim, Sid, and Richard; sisters Shirley, Lorraine, Dorothy, and Carol; precious dog, Stella; and many extended family members and friends.

Dan loved life! He enjoyed his job at Freightliner for over 42 years. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, biking, paintball, shooting guns and his cannon, fixing and riding quads, spending time up north in his hometown of Rudyard, and cutting and chopping wood. He was previously a certified scuba diver and also had a love for all things Skid Steer. His memories will last forever.
