I was very lucky since I got to grow up with Diane side by side. Laughing, fighting and sharing our friends. She was the youngest and often spoiled by Mom and Grandma Olson but I was so lucky to have a built in best friend. We grew up and started going our separate ways and doing our own things but as our parents and Gary passed we grew closer yet again. My dream was to grow old with her and just like our Mother with her sister - spend long hours on the phone talking as we got old. I guess that wasn't in God's plan and he couldn't help but want Diane with him. She had such a great heart and had a rare outlook on life. She always looked for the good in others and would always steer me away from judging others. She promised me she would save me a spot next to her when she got to heaven so I will just be content to join her someday.

Oh my! Where would you like me to begin? I’m so sorry for the loss of mom and dad, ladies! Something told me yesterday to get on my Facebook and check it. And when I did I saw Heather’s memorial first.
The old farmhouse used to be the place I looked forward to every summer. Even though I hated all the graduation ceremonies, all the parties, I ended up coming and having fun. I only hated it because I’m a June baby too. Plus seeing all the cousins we haven’t saw since the previous summer was worth it.
I didn’t talk to your mom and dad as much, but I remember seeing them at my grandparents or family functions. I remember your mom having the kindest heart and probably biggest in the whole group of giggling women.
Keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers 💗
